Sholabomi Tinubu

Sholabomi Tinubu is an experienced talent acquisition specialist currently serving as Exec Talent Acquisition Specialist at Moniepoint Group since September 2024. Previously, Sholabomi held the position of Head of Executive Talent for Africa at Wenham Carter Group from January 2023 to August 2024, focusing on talent acquisition for governments, NGOs, and high-growth startups in Nigeria and beyond. Prior to that, Sholabomi was Senior Sales & Service Lead at BDM Talk from November 2021 to January 2023, providing sales advisory services to high-end clients, including long-term clients of Mercedes-Benz UK. Sholabomi holds a degree in Scriptwriting and Performance from the University of East Anglia, completed in June 2021.
