Laura Bryce is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People Partner at Monmouthshire Building Society since September 2024, Laura previously held several positions at Hamlyn Williams from July 2018 to September 2024, including Head of HR. Laura's career also includes roles such as HR Coordinator at Sorenson Media, People Advisor at graze.com, and HR and L&D Assistant at Outfit Fashion. Laura's experience began as a Retail Operations Assistant at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where Laura was instrumental in team motivation and development.
