Alan Burkitt

Alan Burkitt has extensive experience in equality and language policy, serving as a Policy Officer for Equality and Welsh Language at Monmouthshire County Council since July 2012. Previously, Alan worked for Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council as an Equality and Welsh Language Officer from May 1997 to July 2012. Alan's educational background includes a Diploma in Management from West Monmouth Grammar School, attended between 1977 and 1980, and earlier education at Edgware Comprehensive in London from 1973 to 1977.
