Natalie Phillips

Natalie Phillips is an experienced professional in emergency planning and civil contingencies, currently serving as the Gwent Local Resilience Forum Coordinator for Monmouthshire County Council since February 2018. With a career spanning over two decades at Newport City Council, including a role as Civil Contingencies Officer, Natalie has effectively implemented duties under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and overseen the delivery of significant events such as the Ryder Cup and NATO. Additionally, a brief tenure as Civil Contingencies Coordinator at Vale of Glamorgan Council further enriched expertise in local resilience across the South Wales Police Force area.
