Jen Chang

Jen Chang, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Montage Health, drawing on extensive experience in the field. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at PRO*ACT and Senior HR Business Partner at Cedars-Sinai.
