Jennifer Butler

Jennifer Butler, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Organizational Health Manager and Talent Partner at Montana State Fund since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at SAIF Corporation from January 2020 to September 2023, including Talent Acquisition & Business Partner Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, and Employee Relations Specialist. Jennifer also gained experience as a Branch Manager at Express Employment Professionals from July 2011 to January 2020. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Oregon.
