Marcel L. Groen

Marcel L. Groen is a partner with Fox Rothschild, LLP, and was a former partner and founder of Groen Laveson, Goldberg, and Rubenstone, LLC. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations as well as counsel for the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission. Among his numerous community affiliations, Mr. Groen has served as former chairman and founder of the Bucks County International Trade Council, member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Appellate Rules Committee, former counsel for Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce, and chairman of the Montgomery County Democratic Committee. He holds a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
