Benoit Viens

Benoit Viens is a seasoned professional in property planning and management with extensive experience in the transportation and aviation sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Property Planning at the Montreal Port Authority since June 2019, Benoit previously held the position of Executive Vice President Canada at Aeroterm from April 2000 to January 2019, where responsibilities included portfolio and building management and optimization for Canadian assets. Benoit also served as Vice President of Leasing during tenure at Aeroterm. Benoit's educational background includes studies at IREM and the Université de Montréal.
