Matthew Legault

Matthew Legault is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in recruitment and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Montway Auto Transport since June 2022, Matthew has previously held roles as a Human Resources Generalist at The RoomPlace and at Courtright’s Guest House Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included full life-cycle recruitment and direct collaboration with ownership for candidate placements. Matthew's prior experience also includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at EEG Recruiting, focusing on comprehensive sourcing strategies, and as General Manager at 191 South, where operational excellence and employee relations were prioritized. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Aurora University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Joliet Junior College.
