Charissa Bobb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and office management. Currently serving as a Personal Assistant to Executives and Office Manager at Monument since March 2023, Charissa collaborates closely with the CEO and executives to enhance operational efficiency and oversee head office functions. Previously, as Office Manager at a Stealth Mode Startup Company, Charissa focused on employee engagement and retention, greatly contributing to a positive workplace culture.
