Alan Measures

Alan Measures has extensive experience in reward management, holding prominent positions across various organizations since 1981. Currently serving as Group Vice President Global Reward and previously as Global Reward Director at Moog Inc. since May 2008, Alan has also held key roles at Boots as Head of Reward, Electrocomponents plc as Group Reward Manager, and Zurich Financial Services as Reward Strategy Manager. Additional experience includes consulting at Hewitt Associates, HR management at Bass Brewers and Prudential Assurance, and remuneration leadership at National Provident Institution and Marathon Oil Company. Alan holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Wales, Cardiff, obtained between 1978 and 1981.
