Peter J. Gundermann

Mr. Gundermann is President, CEO and Chairman of Astronics Corporation, a publicly traded aerospace and defense company, a position he has held since 2003. Mr. Gundermann has been a director of Astronics since 2000 and has been with Astronics since 1988. Astronics is headquartered in East Aurora, NY, with annual revenues of over $400 million. He received a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
