Previously, Tina was the Head of Growth & Innovation at Onramp, where responsibility included the design and market strategy for a new training product aimed at upskilling tech teams in Fortune 500 companies. Tina's extensive experience includes roles such as VP of Information Systems at Bitwise Industries, where critical operational systems were developed, and Director of Special Projects at AnitaB.org, fostering corporate partnerships to enhance women's representation in tech. Tina's leadership also extended to founding and leading MotherCoders, a nonprofit aimed at diversifying the tech workforce, while earlier roles included increasing outreach for the California State Controller's Office and directing innovation initiatives at ZeroDivide.
