Erin Fitzgerald is the owner of Erin Fitzgerald Consulting, LLC, serving as a Strategic Advisor since 2023, where the focus is on empowering sustainable business practices within the food and agriculture sector. At MOONFLARE, Fitzgerald is an Advisory Council Member, contributing to ventures aimed at enhancing global equity and sustainability. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Farmers & Ranchers in Action from July 2018 to March 2023, Fitzgerald revitalized the organization to become a leader in sustainable food systems. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Vice President of Global Sustainability at the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, where strategic initiatives were developed to position the dairy industry for global sustainability. Fitzgerald's early career encompassed managerial positions at Ayming and Cardinal Health, following a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in Finance and International Business.
