Ricard Tolosa

Ricard Tolosa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems operations and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal SysOps Engineer at MoonPay since January 2022, Ricard's previous roles include working at Skyscanner as a Senior Systems Engineer focused on macOS support for over 1500 devices, and leading the Mac Services Squad. Prior to that, Ricard managed IT ServiceDesk operations at SELLBYTEL Group Spain, overseeing a high-volume support environment with over 1000 requests monthly. Additional experience includes technical support roles at Econocom and sound engineering at Bruguera Sonoritzacions. Ricard holds multiple certifications in systems engineering from JAMF and AMSYS, along with a degree in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute and Technical Telecommunications in Image and Sound.
