Carly Walpole is an experienced customer service leader with a strong background in operations and team management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Manager at Moonpig since January 2021, Carly has previously held similar managerial roles at Booking.com from May 2015 to November 2020, including positions as Learning and Quality Manager and Customer Service Team Lead.
