Rachel Coyne

Rachel Coyne is a seasoned tax attorney with extensive experience in state income and franchise tax matters. Since August 2005, Rachel has been a Member at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, where responsibilities have included providing legal counsel on various state tax issues. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Senior Associate at KPMG from September 1999 to August 2005, focusing on California tax matters and consulting on compliance and restructuring.
