Patrick Cunningham

Patrick Cunningham is the Head of HR Operations Services at Moorepay, with over 15 years of HR Generalist and strategic leadership experience across various sectors including SaaS, Law, Education, and Charitable sectors.

Patrick is currently a commercial leader at Moorepay since February 2023.

Patrick’s expertise spans: Leadership Strategy, Operational Development, Commercial Growth, Learning and Development, Business & HR Strategies, Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, and Employment Law.

He is also a regular public speaker, through a wide variety of subject matters including Employment Law/HR and also charitable endeavours such as a Business Development Consultant for SEND Schools.

Patrick is CIPD qualified with a Distinction, reading at Manchester Metropolitan University. He also has obtained various qualifications, within CACE, Legal Environments and Employment Law.

Additionally, Patrick i actively involved in various professional and volunteer activities.
