Lauren has experience in cross sectors supporting large-scale business and cultural transformations and is passionate about employee engagement.
Since joining Moorhouse, Lauren has worked across the public and private sector, having led several initiatives within NHS England and Healthy London Partnership’s Integrated Urgent Care Programme, co-ordinated training and communications plans in the charity sector, designed engagement workshops to make a large transport client a great place to work and delivered change impact assessments for a global pharma organization.
