Mike Scrutton

Mike Scrutton possesses extensive experience in the print technology sector, currently serving as Director of Print Technology and Strategy at Adobe Systems Inc since August 1997. In this role, Mike is responsible for the strategic direction of Adobe’s PDF printing technologies and the development of end-to-end print workflows. Additionally, Mike has held various leadership positions within the Mopria Alliance, including Marketing Working Group Chair and former Treasurer and Steering Committee co-chair, where contributions focused on mobile and driverless printing initiatives. Prior to Adobe, Mike held roles such as Director of Research and Development at HyWay Ferranti Ltd and R&D Lead at Hyphen, showcasing a solid foundation in engineering and product design. Mike holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
