Ajay Sabale has extensive experience in the retail sector, specializing in buying, merchandising, and sourcing of staple products. Currently serving as the Buying and Merchandising Head for Own Brand Staples at More Retail Private Limited since February 2020, Ajay previously held various leadership roles, including Category Head for Cereals, Spices, Flour, and Ghee at Trent Hypermarket Pvt Ltd and Category Head for Cereals and Salt at Reliance Retail. Ajay's career initiated at Aditya Birla Retail Limited as a Quality Assurance professional, followed by roles in sourcing and quality assurance at Arvind Limited and Max Hypermarket India Pvt Ltd.
