Swikriti Behera

Swikriti Behera is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Talent & Org Effectiveness Partner for Dark Stores and Central Functions at More Retail Private Limited since December 2022. Prior to this role, Swikriti held the position of HR Business Partner for the India Region at UPL from September 2021 to December 2022. Swikriti began the career at Maersk Global Service Centres, progressing from an HR Summer Intern in April 2017 to roles as HR Management Trainee and Senior Specialist Employee Engagement until September 2021.
