Carrie Lenze has extensive experience in various leadership and engineering roles, primarily at Morgan Advanced Materials, where titles included Global Business Process Owner for Forecast to Produce, North America Operations Director, Global Continuous Improvement Director, and several positions within project planning, manufacturing engineering, and quality management. Additionally, Carrie held the role of Lean Manufacturing Manager at Alpha Sintered Metals and worked as a Quality Engineer at Powdered Metal Products Inc. Early in the career, Carrie gained valuable experience as an Industrial Engineering Intern at The Hershey Company.
