Geoffrey Boulter

Geoffrey Boulter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate services. Since February 2008, Geoffrey has served as Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate Services at Morgan Stanley, overseeing real estate transactions, location strategy, workplace design, and workforce strategy. Prior to this role, Geoffrey held multiple managing director positions at Merrill Lynch from 2005 to 2008, including Global COO of Corporate Services and Corporate M&A and Strategy. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Associate in Strategy and Business Development at Merrill Lynch and as an Analyst at Banc of America Securities. Geoffrey Boulter earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2003.
