Sebastian Dragnea

Sebastian Dragnea is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as an Executive Director and Agency MBS Desk Strategist at Morgan Stanley since June 2014. Previous roles at Morgan Stanley included Vice President, Associate, and Quantitative Analyst (Desk Strategist) during a brief tenure in 2013. Sebastian co-founded SchedulingDirect and held the position of VP Academic at the Computer Science Undergraduate Society.
