Shana Ross

Shana Ross, MHRD, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Vice President and Head of HR Employee Solutions for Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as District Director of Human Resources at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC, where Shana managed healthcare HR operations across multiple states, and Regional Director of Human Resources at Trilogy Health Services, responsible for strategic HR functions. Additional positions at Fairbanks Treatment Center, Endress+Hauser, McFarling Foods Inc., and the Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper further contributed to Shana's extensive experience in human resources management, organizational development, and employee relations. Shana holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Indiana State University, along with a Human Resources Management Certificate from Indiana University Indianapolis.
