Sydney Faber

Sydney Faber is currently an Institutional Equity Sales Trading Analyst at Morgan Stanley, a position held since July 2023, specializing in electronic trading sales. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the Vanderbilt Undergraduate Business Minor program and holding the role of VP of Speaker Series for Scholars of Finance, where Sydney was part of the inaugural leadership team for the Vanderbilt Chapter. Previous internships at Morgan Stanley as an Institutional Equity Summer Analyst and at Citi as a Sophomore Sales & Trading Summer Analyst provided insights into portfolio sales, trading, and ESG research. Sydney contributed to academic research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University and gained experience in event planning and alumni relations at The Pennington School. Additional experience as a Professional Ballet Dancer and an intern at Deutsche Bank showcases a diverse background in both the arts and finance. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and German with a Business minor from Vanderbilt University and graduated from The Pennington School with a High School Diploma.
