Joe Simons is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary field. Currently serving at Morrison Community Living since April 2019, Joe oversees all back-of-house operations, including menu design, budgeting, inventory control, and staff training. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Executive Chef at KemperSports for 17 years, where responsibilities included managing P&L, food costing, labor control, and executing large banquets. Joe also worked as Chef de Cuisine at The Country Club of Virginia from March 2004 to March 2006, focusing on menu design and staff development. Joe studied Culinary Arts at Pacific Coast College and graduated from Folsom High.
