As a locally owned and operated pioneer in mortgage banking, we are proud of our reputation as an expert in local housing markets with the necessary resources to provide fast, locally made decisions.

Over the years, our in-depth industry knowledge and community dedication have allowed us to expand our regional footprint, giving more customers access to smart mortgage solutions. Our Loan Officers are now available to help home buyers at eleven Mortgage America offices. From these conveniently located offices, our Mortgage America team has completed thousands of loans for our customers throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

The Loan Operations Team at Mortgage America, Inc. is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of mortgage applications. This includes initial loan origination, thorough processing and underwriting, and seamless coordination to ensure timely loan closings.
