Allison Hinkle

Allison Hinkle is a dedicated Human Resources Generalist currently employed at Mosaic Community Health since April 2024. Prior to this role, Allison worked as a Recruiter and HR Generalist at Deschutes Wilderness Therapy from April 2022 to April 2024. With a strong foundation in program coordination and youth advocacy cultivated at Heart of Oregon Corps between 2018 and 2022, Allison managed caseloads of opportunity youth, provided counseling, and implemented educational curricula. Earlier experience includes serving as a Case Manager at J Bar J Youth Services, where Allison worked with juvenile offenders, developing treatment plans and collaborating with various stakeholders. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University.
