Jeffrey Riggle

Jeffrey Riggle is a highly experienced software engineer with a robust background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Mosaic.tech since February 2022, Jeffrey previously held the title of Senior Software Engineer at Blackboard from September 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, positions included Senior Software Engineer at Genesys (April 2018 - August 2019) and various roles at Interactive Intelligence, including Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer, from May 2013 to August 2019. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Ball State University.
