Hady Qasem

Hady Qasem started their work experience in 2014 at Huawei Technologies, where they held roles as a Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer and later as a Radio NPS Team Leader. In these positions, they conducted RF network design, planning, and optimization activities and had a comprehensive understanding of RF channel environment and system topology. In 2018, they joined MOSECO Group as the Head of Mobile Network Testing & Benchmarking.

Hady Qasem completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Telecommunications Engineering at Damascus University from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including CCNA (Routing & Switching) in November 2013 and PrePosition Competence Certification for Maintenance service (PPCC) from Huawei Technologies in May 2016. In April 2020, they completed courses such as "Data Science Methodology," "Python for Data Science and AI," "Open Source tools for Data Science," and "Data Science Orientation" through Coursera. Hady also gained certification in "Productivity Tips: Finding Your Productive Mindset" from LinkedIn in May 2020 and "Managing Safely" from THE INSTITUTION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH in April 2021. Hady Qasem's most recent certification is HCIA -5G-RNP&RNO v2.0 from Huawei, completed in December 2022.
