Dhwani Bheda

Dhwani Bheda is a professional with extensive experience in strategic management and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Manager in Group Strategy and M&A at Motherson Group since March 2023, Dhwani previously held the position of Senior Associate at Price Waterhouse & Co LLP from June 2021 to February 2023, and was an Associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) from May 2018 to March 2021, focusing on Mergers & Acquisition Tax. Dhwani began the professional journey as an Article Trainee at PHD & Associates from August 2014 to July 2017. Dhwani's academic background includes completion of the Chartered Accountancy program at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from June 2013 to January 2018 and a degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics from August 2011 to June 2013.
