Kapil Kumar Garg

Kapil Kumar Garg is an experienced Software Project Manager currently working at Motherson Group since September 2022, focusing on Digital Vision Systems and Camera Monitoring Systems. Previously, Kapil held the position of Software Project Lead at Marelli from January 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included planning and monitoring software features, managing software milestones, and coordinating with various teams to achieve ASPICE and ISO26262 targets. Kapil co-founded Thinnk Ware in October 2009, serving as CEO, and also held engineering roles at Hero Electric, Minda Corporation Ltd., and ACTIA India Pvt. Ltd. Kapil holds a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from JSSATE Noida, completed in 2008.
