Amit Phadnis currently serves as Zonal Head - West - Passives at Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Ltd. since September 2024. Previously, Amit Phadnis held the position of Regional Manager - Retail Sales at Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund from January 2020 to September 2024, where notable achievements included growing the SIP book by 4X and transforming Mumbai Retail sales from a net negative to over 200 Crores in positive sales. With extensive experience in sales, revenue strategy, and channel management across various financial institutions, Amit Phadnis has successfully led teams, developed innovative training modules, and executed strategies to enhance market share and client relationships. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, a Diploma in Finance Management, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial & Production Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
