Lisa Pierozzi

Lisa Pierozzi has extensive experience in board leadership and financial management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Director and Audit Committee member at RGP since February 2021, Lisa also holds the position of Board Director and Audit Committee Chair at MPTF since July 2015. In addition, Lisa contributes as a Disaster Response Regional Program Lead (Volunteer) for the American Red Cross, focusing on disaster relief efforts in local communities. As a Founding Board Director at The Normandy Institute from June 2016 to September 2020, Lisa provided strategic, operational, and financial guidance. Previously, Lisa held executive roles as EVP Finance & Administration and CFO at the Motion Picture Association from 2006 to 2011 and SVP Business Planning & Development at NBC Universal from 2001 to 2005. Lisa began a career in finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1984 to 2001, where Lisa was a Partner in the Entertainment & Media Practice. Lisa earned a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA.
