Okke Delfos Visser

Okke Delfos Visser is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in the entertainment and copyright sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Head of Legal for EMEA at the Motion Picture Association of America since July 2009, Visser previously held the position of General Counsel at BREIN, the leading anti-piracy organization in the Netherlands. Additional experience includes roles as General Counsel at Cedar and Inhouse Counsel at Buma/Stemra, as well as a foundational attorney position at Goudsmit & Brambergen. An alumnus of the University of Amsterdam with a Master's degree in Law, Visser also completed an exchange program at The University of Texas at Austin focusing on International Business Transaction, Patent Law, and Trademark Law.
