Jason Payne

Jason Payne is an experienced picture editor with a strong background in post-production and television studio management. Since May 2015, Jason has been editing feature films and television series at the Motion Picture Editors Guild. Prior to this role, Jason served as Senior Editor and Post Production Supervisor at North by Northwest from September 2001 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing post-production operations for various projects. Jason's earlier experience includes working as a Studio Manager at Northwest Public Television from May 2000 to May 2001, overseeing studio maintenance and camera operations for KWSU productions. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Broadcast Production and Theater Arts from Washington State University, completed in 2001.
