Dimitris-Antonios A. Anifantakis

Born in 1963. He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Stevens University Institute of Technology (New Jersey, USA) and an MBA (Master in Business Administration) from the London Business School (London, UK). Has 32 years of professional experience, most of which with multinational Groups of companies outside Greece. He was the Managing Director of LITASCO SA (2018-2020) and Chairman of the Board of EIGER SHIPPING (2017-2020). Both companies are based in Geneva (Switzerland) and belong to the PJSC LUKOIL Group. Previously (2011-2018) he served as Deputy Senior Vice President Supply & Sales of PJSC LUKOIL (Moscow, Russia) and was responsible for the company's international trade affairs. In the period 2004-2011 he was the General Manager of BP IST (Moscow, Russia) with responsibility for the commercial activities of the BP PLC Group in Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union. From 1999 to 2004 he was the General Manager of CARGILL PETROLEUM SA (Moscow, Russia) responsible for the company's commercial activity in Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union. In the decade 1990-1999 he worked in companies operating in the oil sector based in Ukraine and Bulgaria. Participates in companies in the wider energy sector as well as in real estate investment companies based in countries outside Greece. Since June 2021 he is an Independent Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company and a member of the Remuneration & Nominations Committee of the Company.
