Joshua Terry Nelson

Joshua Terry Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Board Member on the Diversity Advisory Council at Purdue University's Polytechnic Institute, Joshua focuses on fostering diversity and improving retention for underrepresented students. At Motorola Solutions, Joshua holds multiple roles including Product Manager for Customer Experience and Global Program Manager for Strategic Operations, contributing to enhancing customer journeys and overseeing key organizational activities. Joshua also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for SitStayRead, a literacy non-profit, and has a foundational background in social services through work with Multicultural Efforts to End Sexual Assault. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
