Bassil Bardaghji

Bassil Bardaghji, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the pharmaceutical and construction industries. Currently serving as a Principal Project Manager and ICA Team Leader at Mott MacDonald since October 2019, Bassil has contributed to major projects like the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager in Engineering, where capital projects were executed efficiently, and at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals managing lifecycle requirements for GMP equipment. Bassil began the career as an Electrical Engineer at Sandvik Sorting Systems and later held positions at Glatt Air Techniques and The Multitech Group, establishing expertise in automation and controls engineering. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Iona University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
