Currently, Joanna holds the position of Principal for Global Health Projects at Mott MacDonald, a role started in April 2023. Prior to this, Joanna served as Global Business Leader at Taking a Break and held multiple influential roles at Nordic Global, including Nordic Europe Healthcare Consulting Delivery Leader. Joanna's career includes significant tenures at EY, where key contributions included leading Global Health Performance Optimization and Global Markets Development, alongside impactful roles in managing healthcare consultancy capacities. Earlier positions held include leadership roles at Mott MacDonald Health and NCGST, as well as executive responsibilities in NHS Trusts focused on clinical governance and modernization. Joanna's academic foundation is a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UCL, earned between 1989 and 1992.
