Joanne McCulloch

Joanne McCulloch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and resource management across various sectors. Currently, Joanne serves as a Senior Consultant at Mott MacDonald since February 2023. Prior to this role, Joanne was with WRAP from January 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading the development of project delivery models and managing the Critical Raw Materials Closed Loop Recovery Project. Additional experience includes operational management at Vi-Ability Educational Programme, procurement and grants management at WCVA, and various roles in communications, customer service, and sales. Joanne holds a BSc in Business Management and Psychology from The Open University.
