Pankaj Lalla

Pankaj Lalla serves as Senior Vice President and member of the Divisional Executive Board at Mott MacDonald, India since March 2023. Prior to this role, Pankaj held the position of Executive Director for Project Management (Greenfield) at Colliers from March 2022 to March 2023 and served as Senior Vice President at KALPATARU POWER TRANSMISSION LIMITED from February 2021 to March 2022. Pankaj also worked at Larsen & Toubro from January 2015 to February 2021, overseeing operations of multiple residential high-rise projects and managing costs. Before that, Pankaj was General Manager & Head of Operations at Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Limited from March 2014 to January 2015, and served in various capacities at Larsen & Toubro Limited from June 1994 to 2014, including a senior role in cross-functional process improvement. Pankaj holds an Executive MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, along with completing a Global Leadership Programme at the University of Michigan.
