Ritika Sanghavi is a talent acquisition professional with a background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Resourcing Advisor at Mott MacDonald, Ritika previously held the position of Graduate Talent Acquisition Resourcer - GDS.
