Susan Jurman

Susan Jurman, PMP, currently serves as Managing Director at Guidepost Solutions since March 2020, following their role as President of Susan Jurman Consulting Corporation from July 2017 to March 2020. With extensive experience at the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority from 1986 to 2017, key positions included Chief Program Operations for the $11 billion East Side Access project, where strategic financial management enabled timely construction progress amidst fiscal challenges. Jurman also established vital financial controls and project management practices while overseeing multi-billion-dollar budgets and funding allocations across various roles. Educational credentials include a Master's in Public Affairs and a Master's in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, alongside a BA in Political Science & History from the University at Albany, SUNY.
