Tiffany Morgan

Tiffany Morgan has extensive experience in project and account management within the fields of health and government, primarily at Mott MacDonald since May 2008. Currently serving as Head of Group Projects and Account Lead, Tiffany has overseen advisory programme delivery and the management of large-scale commercial projects, including significant NHS contracts. Previous roles include Assistant Commercial Director, where Tiffany focused on enhancing operational and financial performance, and Project Manager for Cambridge Education, managing finance systems across multiple academy projects. Tiffany also has a solid foundation in stakeholder consultation, budget control, and project planning, acquired through earlier positions at TRIBAL GROUP, supporting various educational initiatives.
