Jennifer Swindells

Jennifer Swindells is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate Director at Mount Street since October 2020, following roles as Senior Associate and Associate. Jennifer is also a secondee at Ares Management Corporation since January 2024, having previously held a secondee position at Starwood Capital Group in 2021. Prior experience includes underwriting at London Wall Lending and case management at Octopus Real Estate. Jennifer’s career began at Metro Bank (UK), where significant contributions included roles as a Commercial Analyst, Commercial Assurance Manager, and Commercial Banking Officer. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Health/Medical Psychology from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Counselling from the University of Huddersfield.
