Jay Curtis

Jay Curtis is the Vice-Chair at Mountain West Credit Union Association. Jay has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Accounting for COMSYS, a national information technology company. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, process improvement and efficiencies. Jay also has experience as a CFO, having served in this role for Hacienda Harley Davidson, a group of 5 Harley Davidson, Honda, and custom motorcycle dealerships. In this role, they were responsible for financial reporting, finance, inventory, flooring, business consolidations, cash flow analysis, profitability analysis, and tax reporting. Jay has also worked as an Accounting Manager for LeapSource and an Audit Manager for Mansperger Patterson McMullin PLC. Jay has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting and is a valuable asset to the Mountain West Credit Union Association.

Jay Curtis' educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University and certifications from the AICPA in Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), the Chandler Chamber Community Foundation in Chandler Leadership Institute, the Arizona State Board of Accountancy in Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Credit Union Executives Society (CUES) in Certified Chief Executive (CCE).
