James Monroe is an experienced professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Regional Food Safety and Quality Manager at Mountaire Farms since June 2009. Monroe oversees Quality, HACCP, and Lab operations at one of the largest poultry facilities, also holding titles such as Senior Quality Manager and QA Manager. Previously, Monroe worked with Tyson Foods as a QA Superintendent and a QA Supervisor, and at Perdue Farms as an Evisceration Area Foreman. In addition, Monroe has expertise in developing and maintaining HACCP plans and serves as a Basic HACCP Lead Instructor. James Monroe holds a degree in Biology from East Carolina University.
